How to use my Blog LO

If this is the first time that you are changing your blog layout then welcome to a whole new world! There are so many fun layouts to suit your personal style. Don't stress about changing your layout. It is simple and easy!

Here is how you make this you back ground:

Set your template to Minima

Then click on ‘edit HTML’ You'll see a crazy code with a bunch of funny signs, scroll to where you see this:

background:$bgcolor;margin:0; color:$textcolor; font:x-small Georgia Serif; font-size/* */:/**/small; font-size: /**/small; text-align: center;

Change that part of the code to say this:

body {

background:$bgcolor;background-image:url(direct link);background-position: center; background-repeat:no-repeat; background-attachment: fixed;

margin:0; color:$textcolor; font:x-small Georgia Serif; font-size/* */:/**/small; font-size: /**/small; text-align: center;

Now, insert this direct link in the parenthesis

Here is my first attempt at an element and I love it.

I am going to make this into a template for cards, tags, letterheads, and an envelope. I am so excited. Maybe I will include it in a kit that I do. That may take years at the rate it took me to design this:)

CS4 Design Premium

I am so excited to announce that I just purchased the Creative Suite 4 Design Premium.

After a little trouble installing the program and lots of help from my best tech guy, a.k.a my hubby, I have it loaded and ready to use.

Maybe tomorrow I will attempt to use it! :)

I can't wait to start using it to improve my vinyl website as well as creating some vectors for vinyl designs. I will let you know how I am doing.
